OlotuMED is a Hospital Management Software fulfills the need for any hospital with growth and ease of activity in mind. The goal is to create a true end-to-end system that is personalized to deliver a full range of medical and administrative services, hospital intranet offerings, staff/Admin, hospital/patient communication, community tools and Internet content from a single point of access.

Software Features

OlotuOffice has lots of features which includes but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Our OlotuOffice Authentication and Usage: OlotuOffice will create a personalized page for every registered staff after login; keeping track of all his/her activities throughout the software use.
  • Software areas are designed for access based on the level of authorization as specified by management.
  • The OlotuMED is driven by legally Secure, Encrypted Database Backend.
  • Our OlotuMED is designed to track all administrative and medical activities in the hospital; including user access and account logs.
  • Patients can request their medical history, account statement, lab results, etc sent to them via mail or to be printed at the hospital. This can be done using a one-click automatic generation button.
  • Registered Companies and individuals can logon to the hospital website and check or print medical, accounts or laboratory statements/reports.
  • Billing/Payments can be done in different departments but cash collection in a centralized area (Accounts Dept) or cash collection can be done in different departments but will be acknowledged in the accounts department register.
  • All Departments can post internal memos or send intranet mails to each other at no cost. This feature is necessary for confidentiality as opposed to voice calls that can be heard by patients, visitors, etc.
  • OlotuMED can send alerts, enquiry, status message and other information via SMS directly from the software automatically to any phone as reminders or in cases of emergency.
  • OlotuMED can also manage stock for the pharmacy department, alert when low on stock, query to daily inventory, search availability, alert on expiry, automatically generate inventory reports, assign cost, etc.
  • Hardcopy and softcopy documents of importance to the hospital can be uploaded to OlotuMED and made available to authorized persons. Usually necessary to reduce large document filing, document search, etc. This might be letters of correspondence from/to companies, patients, legal firms, etc.

  • Thorough training by skilled technicians ensures that your staff will be ready to fully use the software. Remote training will be provided through phone calls, SMS, remote desktop connections, live help or instant messengers. Onsite training will be charged extra for training equipments and considering the number of individuals and level/modules of training sorted for.
